Terms of Sale

Orders can be placed with Twittlebit in three ways:
- Online
- Phone
- Fax
Visa, MasterCard and American Express accepted.
Please contact our Customer Service department at customerservice@twittlebit.com if you are interested in setting up an account or placing an order outside of the U.S.
All prices reflect U.S. dollars.
We do not require confirmation purchase orders for phone orders.
All invoices and order confirmations are sent electronically. If you require paper invoices please contact Customer Service.

To request an RMA please contact our Customer Service department at 859.225.0051, or customerservice@twittlebit.com.
All returns must have an RMA before being shipped back to us.
All RMA requests will be reviewed and responded to as quickly as possible with a disposition.
Twittlebit.com will honor all of our manufacturer's warranties.

Shipping charges are prepaid and added to invoice unless freight collect account number provided (UPS)
Please contact Customer Service if you are interested in applying freight insurance to your shipment.
Tracking numbers are available after we process the order from our facility.
We cannot ship to PO boxes.
